During COVID-19, any overseas customers may experience some small delays on receiving their products. Please keep this in mind, we promise to ship all orders as quickly as possible to limit your waiting time.
Return Policy
If your record or other physical order is damaged on arrival, we are always happy to discuss a refund or send a new product to you asap. We just ask that you please provide a photo and some information on the state of the product that you received.

Please keep in mind that minor warping is quite common and can occur in the pressing plant before we've received the product. We do our best to check our records before shipping.
